How We Use Information

Microphone and Speech Recognition

Microphone access is optional and is used only after you grant permission. If speech recognition is unavailable or permission is denied, Speak365 provides text-based practice where supported. On-device speech recognition is used when available; some features may require backend processing to generate coaching feedback.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate Speak365, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, AI processing, and customer support providers. These providers are used only to deliver and protect the service.

Data Retention and Control

We keep account and learning data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request account deletion or privacy support at support@speak365.ai.

Children

Speak365 is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

International Users

Speak365 is designed for global learners. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy as Speak365 evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
