Use of the Service

You may use Speak365 for personal language learning, practice, and coaching. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in information secure.

AI Coaching

Speak365 uses automated systems to provide conversation practice, pronunciation feedback, translations, and learning suggestions. AI output can be imperfect. Use feedback as learning guidance, not as professional, legal, medical, immigration, or employment advice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell Speak365 unless we have given written permission.

Accounts and Access

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, or violations of these terms. Beta features may change, be limited, or become paid features later.

Subscriptions and Beta Access

Speak365 may offer free beta access and paid plans. Pricing, plan limits, and availability may change before general launch. Any paid terms will be shown before purchase.

Intellectual Property

Speak365, its design, software, brand, and original content belong to Speak365 or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you provide, and you give us the rights needed to operate, improve, and protect the service.

Disclaimers

Speak365 is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect speech recognition, or error-free AI feedback.
